I use this FOOD FLASK for soup and it does exactly what it promises. It kept my lunch hot for about 6 hours, so it was still steaming at midday. The lid is genuinely 100% leak proof — I tossed it in my bag and had no spills. The full steel interior feels sturdy and doesn't hold onto smells, and the included spoon is a nice touch. The nylon strap is elastic and I've washed it in the machine with no issues. Only note: 13.5 fl oz is a modest portion, so it suits a light meal rather than a huge one. The box packaging also made it easy to gift.
